The fish released into CCTARL by the TWRA include one species of crappie,

two subspecies of largemouth bass, two species of bream, and two species of catfish.

Fishing at CCTARL is controlled by the TWRA.

On August 6, 2013 the TWRA released approximately 1,000 grass carp (white amur) into

CCTARL for the purpose of weed control. If caught, these fish should be released immediately.
